* This Promotion is offered by PSP Services Inc. (“PSPS”) and is exclusively offered to current and past members of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce (the “Entrants”). To qualify for the Promotion, all entries must be submitted by September 15, 2024. The winner of the Promotion will be notified by October 1, 2024. The winning Entrant of this Promotion will be awarded Rate Free Payments, exclusive of Interchange Fees, which are valid for: (1) the first $500,000.00 of transactions processed by the winning Entrant through PSPS, or (2) for 365 calendar days from the Start Date (as defined below) (collectively, the “Prize”), whichever of the aforementioned events occur first. The Prize Start Date will begin on: (a) the date that is indicated in the notification correspondence which is sent to the winning Entrant, or (b) for Merchants who are not currently processing through PSPS, the date which the underwriting and approval process is completed by PSPS, (collectively, the “Start Date”). By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless PSPS, PSPS’ affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Promotion or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. PSPS is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or failures that may affect the Promotion, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or corrupted entries. The Entrant agrees that the Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.
